Silvia Motta

Silvia Motta is the CFO of Hashdex, responsible for the Finance, Strategy, and HR areas. She holds a dual degree in Electrical Engineering from PUC-Rio and École Centrale de Lyon and an MBA from Harvard Business School. Prior to Hashdex, Silvia worked in strategic consulting at McKinsey & Company, led strategy for Brazil at Coca-Cola, and managed Venture Capital investments at Movile, the investment vehicle of the Prosus Group (PRX), among other roles in Private Equity and entrepreneurship.
