Samir Kerbage is the CIO at Hashdex. He holds a degree in Computer Engineering from Instituto Militar de Engenharia (IME) and has a decade of experience building financial market infrastructure. Before Hashdex, Samir was part of Americas Trading Group (ATG), a leading company in electronic trading solutions in Latin America, where he worked on the construction of ATS Brasil, a new stock exchange, and MTB, the largest electronic trading platform in the Brazilian market. Prior to that, he founded a High Frequency Trading company and was a Military Engineer Officer at the Brazilian Army's Center for Communications and Electronic Warfare.
