The investment objective of the Hashdex Nasdaq Bitcoin Fund is to track the investment results, before taxes and expenses, of the Nasdaq Bitcoin Reference Price^™ Index (NQBTC^™), a basket fully composed of Bitcoin.

Investment Policy

The Hashdex Nasdaq Bitcoin Fund is a fully physically backed Exchange Traded Fund. The objective of this product is to offer investors a simple, secure, and cost-efficient way to gain exposure to the Nasdaq Bitcoin Reference Price^™. The Fund is fully backed by the crypto assets in the NQBTC^™ basket, which is composed of Bitcoin.

Target Audience

Investors must be non-U.S. persons or accredited investors.
