The investment objective of the Hashdex Nasdaq Ethereum Fund is to track the investment results, before taxes and expenses, of the Nasdaq Ether Reference Price^™ Index (NQETH^™), a basket fully composed of Ethereum.

Investment Policy

The Hashdex Nasdaq Ethereum Fund is a fully physically backed Exchange Traded Fund. The objective of this product is to offer investors a simple, secure, and cost-efficient way to gain exposure to the Nasdaq Ether Reference Price^™. The Fund is fully backed by the crypto assets from the NQETH^™ basket, which is composed by Ethereum.

Target Audience

Investors must be non-U.S. persons or U.S accredited investors.
